We help patients and families overcome insurance issues, find and work effectively with providers, and make informed choices to receive the best care possible.

Based in Portland, Oregon, we work with diverse communities and partner organizations-- regionally and nationwide. We are an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to our public mission. We do not represent the interests of insurance companies, providers, or drug companies; our only allegiance is to the individuals and families we serve.
